New Category--Training Program

I got the book Running for Mortals for Christmas. I'm already starting on the weight loss training program.

Training Plan: 30min brisk walking.

Personal acheivment: 33min brisk walking.

I think the dog was more tired than I was. What a pair we make.


  1. have blogged a lot lately. I can barely keep up. lol

  2. Good for you. When the snow is gone, hopefully in a week or two, I plan to start running again.
